After having my first child, I was too tired and unmotivated to lose weight. It took a long time but when I finally lost the weight and reached my fitness goal, I remember thinking how it would have been SO much easier if someone had helped me get there! At that point I was inspired to become a personal trainer. Trainer for people like me, a trainer for people like you.
I am you. I am the foodie. I like my wine. I have my off days too. So I can relate to each and every one of you. I am definitely not perfect, nor do I expect you to be. I’ve always said “everyone falls off track, but the most important thing is how long it takes you to get back on.”
